    Marketing automation empowerment

One central portal on top of Oracle Eloqua, fed by all contact and consumer data, with an AI teammate that pre-cooks campaigns.

Conceptual view, one portal on top of Oracle Eloqua, with live campaigns, delivery metrics and an AI teammate flagging issues proactively.
    Core idea

An international energy player we have worked with for nearly ten years has run just as long on Oracle Eloqua, a powerful but complex enterprise platform. Around that core, contact and consumer data from multiple sources comes together (website, app, grid operator, CRM, …), all of which has to stay in sync to send out the most personalised campaigns possible. Added problem: every question and briefing lands with a single marketing automation manager, a bottleneck and a risk. Our Arc finally makes Eloqua readable and approachable, monitors all data integrations and syncs live, and acts as an extra team member: a Campaign Manager agent asks the right briefing questions itself, builds the campaign on naming conventions and brand rules, and hands the automation manager only a finalised briefing for approval, no more ping-pong with requesters.

    Structure

    6 modules, one workable layer.

    1

    Central portal

One frontend on top of Oracle Eloqua and all surrounding sources. Marketers work in plain language, not in Eloqua screens, with proactive AI insights opening the day.

    2

    Campaign performance

Live overview of all campaigns with total sent, delivery, open rate, CTR and engagement, filterable by business unit, language or time window.

    3

    Deliverability & bouncebacks

Hard/soft bounces, bounce categories and top bouncing campaigns in real time. Deliverability issues surface before they touch sender reputation.

    4

    Data integrations & syncs

Live health of every source: Eloqua ↔ Salesforce, website, app, grid operator, enrichment. Credit consumption, sync status and errors readable for non-technical team members.

    5

    Campaign Manager agent

An AI teammate that asks the briefing questions, builds the campaign according to the naming convention and brand guidelines, and submits only a finalised brief for the automation manager's approval.

    6

    Toolbox & ideation

From personalisation templates to campaign ideation based on audience, product and channel, the team ideates and launches without touching the technical core.

    Inside the Arc

    Overview, the daily cockpit
    01, Module

    Overview, the daily cockpit

The central portal: total contacts, live campaigns, bounce rate and per-campaign performance. At the top, a proactive AI insight flags anomalies and credit consumption before anyone asks.

    Campaigns, performance in plain language
    02, Module

    Campaigns, performance in plain language

Search and filter across all Eloqua campaigns with translated metrics: total sent, open rate, CTR, delivery and engagement per campaign, without opening Eloqua Insights.

    Bouncebacks, deliverability monitoring
    03, Module

    Bouncebacks, deliverability monitoring

Hard vs soft bounces, top bouncing campaigns and bounce categories (mailbox disabled, bad address, permanent failure). Deliverability issues surface before they hurt sender reputation.

    Integrations, martech stack health
    04, Module

    Integrations, martech stack health

Live status of every Make.com scenario and data import: Eloqua ↔ Salesforce sync, contact enrichment, form submissions, bounce reports to Slack. Credits, data transfer and errors in one view, readable for non-technical profiles.

    Campaign Manager, the AI teammate
    05, Module

    Campaign Manager, the AI teammate

A guided conversation that builds the complete campaign briefing: naming convention, business unit, product, audience, timing. The agent asks the questions the marketing automation manager would otherwise have to ask, they only review the finalised brief.

    Toolboxes per department

Beyond marketing: finance, sales, ops & integrations.

Every toolbox has an AI Assistant (Claude-powered) and a Report Builder that generates narrative reports or spreadsheets.

Automation & AI are used here for pure efficiency and impact. The bottleneck at the marketing automation manager disappears, they review finalised work instead of briefing every campaign from scratch. Complexity stays under the hood; the team works in an environment that feels like a colleague, not a system.
